Starting today, you might notice a change in the way we pick up the phone. Our phones are now automated and we are currently putting finishing touches on it. When you call in, you’ll be greeted and if lines are busy, you may hold or have an option to leave a voice message.

Of course, since this is our first time using the system live, we ask that you please be patience with us as we adjust the system.

Also, due to phone porting issues, when we make outbound calls, we may calling from different phone numbers. However, all phone numbers remain the same. You can still call us to place an order or to resolve a service issue.
