Before we go on, please note that there is no obligation to become a recurring service Member, you can always call on us for service without a contract.

Not being contracted doesn't mean we don't put our best efforts into each and every job, but it does make it easier for us to give you better service.

Every time a customer becomes a NY Maids Member, it allows the Company to organize itself better, cut down on operational costs, stabilize workflow and establish a more dedicated relationship to your account.

The result is automatically better service, more convenience and lower prices for the Customer who has now become an Official Member.

**What if I need to cancel?

Well, this is very similar to a cell phone contract. You do incur a fee for premature cancellation; because you are getting a package deal. However, if NY Maids is at fault and has neglected to make things right, then of course the fee will be waived by NY Maids itself.

If you don't need services because of a move or a serious personal situation, and you don't want to pay the fee, then NY Maids might require proof of "no-fault cancellation" such as proof of new address like a utility bill. (fee would be returned after receiving valid proof).

15. Same Maid retention. (Pending Maid availability, please keep in mind that the contract remains in effect even if your regular Maid becomes unavailable.)
16. Extended emergency period. You have 3 additional months to use up your services in case you missed any due to travel, postponements or any other reasons.
17. No-Fault Contract Cancellation Clause . If you happen to need to cancel your contract because of circumstances beyond your control, such as.moving, job layoff, bereavement or other serious condition, you may be approved to get your cancellation fee back. Fee would be returned after receiving valid proof.
