New Phone System In Place

Starting today, you might notice a change in the way we pick up the phone. Our phones are now automated and we are currently putting finishing touches on it. When you call in, you’ll be greeted and if lines are busy, you may hold or have an option to leave a voice message.

Of course, since this is our first time using the system live, we ask that you please be patience with us as we adjust the system.

Also, due to phone porting issues, when we make outbound calls, we may calling from different phone numbers. However, all phone numbers remain the same. You can still call us to place an order or to resolve a service issue.

Redesigned Website

Welcome to the new version of NY Maids site.

We have redesigned our website from the bottom up and made it easier to navigate. However, we did not only improve the looks, we also added new features and improved other pages as well, such as:

  • Better descriptions of our services.
  • New service packages and prices.
  • Mailing List so we can inform you first about new services, rates and e-mail exclusive specials. (We’re even give you a discount just for signing up!)
  • A blog to easily update you about the services we provide as well as announcement of specials! (You’re reading it now)
  • Smoother ordering of services online.

Now, just like any site that upgrades, we do have a few problems that we will fix over the next few weeks.

  • Our “Account Access” is offline for now. We recently tried to upgrade our internal software, which have conflicted with the Account Access. We will be posting news as this develops.
  • Our “Online Customer Care Rep Chat” is offline as well. We will be restoring this featuring within the next few days.

As we continue to develop the site and bring online more features to make your life easier, we hope that you will give us feedback about developments. We will be posting a survey, which will be used by our webmaster, to make changes. If we use your suggestion, we will give you an extra special discount!
